Ladispoli

The suite in the Ladispoli city by the Tirrenian Sea is the real gem of my offer.

The flat is situated by the Lavinio 20 street, flat no 6 on the second floor. If you type the address on google maps you will see how far the Sea is (literally 100 metres). It has two seperate bedrooms, spacious living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The greatest advantage of this suite is the terrace above the whole flat, where you can organise a barbecue or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view.

The beaches are payable and the nearest one is called La Baia, where you can rent an umbrella, a deck chair, etc. You may also use the free of charge beach and save few euros. The beaches are clearer year by year thanks to our Mayor, who puts a strong emphasis on the development of the tourism. You may be surprised with the colour of the sand as sometimes it is almost of a black colour resulting from the high content of iron on the sand, however moving in the direction of the old Lighthouse the sand becomes yellow. Payable beaches are guarded and the water is shallow on the long section of it, that is also why plenty of people with small children rest here. There is Piazza Domitilla, where all the necessary shops are situated and from where the bus to Rome leaves, near the suite (around 400 metres). You can take a walk to the main square Ladispoli – Piazza Rosselini (1,5 km) along the pedestrian area by the Sea. During the summer holidays, concerts and special events are organized there and from this square the main shopping street – Viale Italia starts and finishes then near the train station, where trains to Rome leave every 30 minutes (a journey to Vatican takes 20 minutes). You may also use a bicycle route or take a walk by the coast to the castle or visit Etruskan tombs which are situated nearby.

BEDROOM NO 1

It is a spacious room with da ouble bed and a sofa bed. The room may accommodate 4 people.

BEDROOM NO 2

There is a big double bed in this bedroom.

LIVING ROOM WITH KICHENETTE

There is a big cosy sofa bed for 2 people in this living room. The kitchen is equiped with all the utensils needed to prepare different meals. The flat may accommodate a maximum of 8 people comfortably and the price for this flat is € 700 per week.

From Ciampino Airport

From the Ciampino Airport you should go by bus to the Termini Central Station first, then by train towards Civitavechia, Grosseto or Piza do Ladispoli.

From Fiumicino Airport

From the Fumiciono Airport you should take a bus or train to Rome and then a train or bus to Ladispoli. If you decide to stay in Ladispoli, I will explain in details how to arrive in here from a specific place in Rome.
