Prisco III

This is a slightly smaller,but modern and functionally furnished flat at the same location, which is the ideal solution for the group of several people who wish to rent the entire flat as well as for individual tourists who need one room only.
The suite consists of three rooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and a terrace and it can hold comfortably groups of 12 people. Two rooms are equipped with a comfortable large double beds and folding settees, which can accommodate another adult person or two children. In the third largest room there are two single beds and comfortable folding double settee. Each room has an entrance to the terrace.

GREY ROOM

It is a large room with four beds equipped with two single beds and a comfortable folding double settee. The price for this room is 25 euros per adult person and 15 euros per child up to 12 years per night, the child who sleeps with parents in a large bed is free of charge. If the room is occupied by two people the price is 35 euros per night, if this is 3 people – 30 euros per night.

VIOLET ROOM

There is a folding settee in this room as well, which can either accommodate another person or two children.
The price for this room is 70 euros per married couple, there is a fee of 15 euros per child up to 12 years, if the room is booked for three adults, the price is 90 euros (30 euros per person per night).
If the room shares the bathroom with another double room, the price for this room is 60 euros per night.

GREEN ROOM

This is a room with large double bed, entrance to the terrace and a private bathroom (for this room and next to this room only).
There is a folding settee in this room as well, which can either accommodate another person or two children.
The price for this room is 70 euros per married couple, there is a fee of 15 euros per child up to 12 years, if the room is booked for three adults, the price is 90 euros (30 euros per person per night).
If the room shares the bathroom with another double room, the price for this room is 60 euros per night.

KITCHEN, TERRACE, HALL

It is quite easy to find us since the suite is located 3 minutes from the A Furio Camillo Underground Station. There is Anagnina bus correspondence between the Ciampino Airport and the Anagnina Underground, ticket for €1,20 shall be bought in the bus, which will take you to the Underground within 20 minutes, then from the Anagnina Underground Station you should go by the underground to the Furio Camillo Station (around 10 minutes) and from there following a map, you should finally arrive at the suite. There is also a train correspondence between the Fiumicino Airport and the FS Tuscolana Railway Station, which is situated around 5 minutes by walk from the suite and which runs about every 15 minutes and is charged at €8; the travel time is about 40 minutes.
